Design and Function
Short Barrel, Precise Angle Options
The short barrel geometry suits shorter DHS lag screw lengths, so it keeps the barrel-to-screw relationship compact for cases that don’t need the full-length barrel. Because surgeons must match barrel angle to individual femoral neck-shaft anatomy, we produce this plate in six angle configurations: 120°, 125°, 130°, 135°, 140°, and 145°.
Dynamic Compression (DCP) Holes
Each plate features DCP holes along the shaft, which let surgeons place screws eccentrically to generate axial compression across the fracture line. In addition to this shaft compression, the DHS lag screw itself provides sliding compression at the fracture site.
Hole Count Range
We manufacture this plate in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-hole configurations. Consequently, surgeons get a working range of plate lengths that match different fracture locations and the amount of femoral shaft coverage each case requires.

Material and Manufacturing

For the stainless steel version, we use German surgical-grade stainless steel, which resists corrosion and withstands mechanical load over repeated cycles. For the titanium version, we use surgical-grade titanium alloy instead, so surgeons get a lighter implant with strong biocompatibility. Because titanium also reduces stress-shielding and supports MRI compatibility, many surgeons prefer it for specific cases. Throughout manufacturing, our Sialkot facility follows ISO 13485 and CE-certified processes, and our team checks dimensions and surface finish on every plate before dispatch.
