1. ISO 12528:2016 — Medical Devices Quality Management System

Sami’s Instruments holds the ISO 12528:2016 certificate, issued by Alberk QA Akademi, an internationally recognized and independent certification body. This certificate confirms that our Medical Devices Quality Management System fully meets the compliance standards required for manufacturing and exporting medical instruments.

Before issuing this certificate, Alberk QA Akademi conducted a thorough audit of our quality systems, manufacturing processes, documentation, and production controls. The audit confirmed that our facility operates under a structured, verified, and internationally compliant quality management framework.

The scope of this certification covers our complete product range — the manufacturing and exporting of orthopedic, veterinary, surgical, and dental instruments.

2. CNC Certificate of Compliance — CE Marking

Sami’s Instruments holds the CNC (Conformity ‘n Compliance) Certificate of Compliance, issued by CNC Services, an internationally recognized conformity assessment body. This certificate confirms that our instruments comply with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC, as amended by Directive 2007/47/EC — the European Union directive governing the safety and performance of medical devices.

CNC Services conducted a thorough review of our technical documentation and confirmed that our products meet all essential health and safety requirements of the directive. As a result, we are legally licensed to apply the CE mark to our instruments in accordance with Article 17 of the Medical Device Directive.

The CE mark is a legal requirement for selling medical devices across the European Union. This certification confirms that our instruments are safe, compliant, and fully approved for the European market.

The Surgical Instruments Manufacturers Association of Pakistan plays a vital role in Sialkot’s export process. Before surgical instruments are cleared for export, they undergo a mandatory laboratory test conducted by the association. This test verifies that the instruments meet the required quality and safety standards. Only after passing this laboratory test are instruments certified and cleared for international export.
