Keeping our Shipping Policy in mind, Sami’s Instruments is a leading brand in surgical equipment, and we take full responsibility for shipping if any issue arises with our products. Our shipping is flat-rate—you only pay $43 per order, whether you purchase 1 product or 100 product. The standard delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the selected courier, but if you need urgent delivery, we also offer an emergency shipping option (2–4 business days)—please contact us in advance for urgent shipping. For exchanges or returns, shipping charges will be deducted, and if you wish to return a product, kindly contact us beforehand at 51040 Main Boulevard, 153 A, Near Water Fountains, City Housing, Sialkot.
Return POLICY
If there is any defect in our product, whether you have used it or not, you can return it within 30 days. If the issue was caused by us, you may return the product even after this period.

The returned product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
We will process your refund within 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping will be your responsibility.
⚠️ Please note:
Used or sterilized surgical instruments cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds POLICY
When we receive the returned product, we will send you an email. You will need to provide your account details, and within 3 business days, your amount will be refunded. If the issue was caused by us, no shipping or other charges will be deducted. However, if the issue was on your end, shipping and any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
